How do I choose the correct size for my shower niche lighting?
Measure the width of your unfinished niche rough opening (stud to stud). For example, if the rough opening is 24 inches, you must deduct the thickness of the tile and a mortar; this means you would likely need a 22–23 inch kit. We recommend confirming your tile thickness with your contractor

What wiring is required for niche installation?
We recommend using 18/2 AWG low-voltage wire between the power supply and the niche. Always ensure your wiring is pulled to the niche location before the tiling process begins. Note: Our solution includes a 3-foot pre-soldered lead; if your installation requires a longer run, you can purchase additional wire, which we will pre-solder for you to ensure a secure connection
Can this lighting be installed horizontally or at the base of the niche?
Our encapsulated LED solution is designed for versatile mounting and can be installed at the top, sides, or bottom of the niche. However, when installing at the base, we recommend applying an additional waterproofing agent to ensure water is not trapped between the LED and the channel, effectively preventing any potential mold buildup.
