Refund policy

At MG Sign, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Policy Overview

  • Return Period: 30 days from delivery date
  • Refund Processing Time: 10 business days from receipt
  • Return Shipping Costs: Covered by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Restocking fee: We do not apply restocking fee.

Return Window

We accept returns for up to 30 days from the date your order was delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in new and unused condition.

  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@mg-sign.com or visit our contact page at https://mg-sign.com/pages/contact. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.

  • Return Method: By Mail

  • Return Label: Customer is responsible for downloading/printing label

Return Shipping Fees

  • For Defective Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, MG Sign will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • For Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

Restocking Fees

  • We do not charge a restocking fee on any returns.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mg-sign.com.
