Depending on your project, here are three popular profiles designed to elevate your design:

Option A: The Horizon 180 - 180Deg Tile Edge LED Channel 

This 180° Wide-Angle channel is the ultimate "clean look" solution. It creates a flat, seamless line of light that is flush with the tile surface, making it perfect for shower walls, bathroom perimeters, or modern backsplash accents, shower niche lighting.

Option B: The Summit Series - Stair Nose LED Channel for Tile

Designed specifically for stair nosing, this profile adds both safety and luxury to a staircase. It protects the edge of your tile from chipping while casting a downward glow onto the step below. It is built from heavy-duty anodized aluminum to withstand heavy foot traffic.

Option C: The Aurora 270 - 270Deg Tile Edge LED Channel

The 270° Panoramic profile is a specialty corner piece that wraps light around an external edge. It provides an expansive "glow" rather than a single line of light, making it a favorite for external shower corners or wrapping around architectural pillars.

Here at MG Sign we handle all the heavy lifting for you. Simply measure the exact dimensions of the lighting you need, and we’ll custom-cut and seal everything to size. There’s no need to worry about LED cutting or soldering—tasks that are surprisingly challenging even for licensed electricians, and typically not covered in traditional electrician trade training

How to connect two lights together: Our solutions arrive with 3ft of pre-soldered wire on both ends, allowing you to splice segments together using crimping or soldering. Please measure your project carefully; if your installation requires more than the standard length, be sure to order additional wire with your kit.

Recommended Sealants for LEDs

To ensure a 100% waterproof seal, we intentionally cut our silicone-encapsulated LED strips slightly shorter than the aluminum channel. This creates a small reservoir at each end for the silicone sealant, allowing it to bond directly to the channel walls and fully encase the wiring.

Always use a neutral-cure (non-acidic) silicone for this process. Avoid standard household silicones that have a strong vinegar-like smell, as the acetic acid in those formulas will corrode the copper circuitry and damage your LEDs over time

For floor-level installations or areas in direct contact with water, we recommend applying an additional waterproofing agent with a small brush during assembly. This extra layer of protection reinforces the seal, preventing moisture ingress and ensuring the long-term reliability of your LED system in wet environments

Bendable. Unleash your creativity with our silicone-encapsulated LED strips, designed to form custom shapes when paired with our flexible profiles. To achieve those custom curves, you'll need a channel that can actually move with the strip

Fully Replaceable. Like all lighting, LEDs may eventually require maintenance. The beauty of this system is that the strips are fully replaceable without the need to remove or damage your tile. To ensure long-term ease of service, simply install your RGB controller and power supply in an accessible location, such as a vanity cabinet or a nearby closet.
